The AI Lab is a monthly, hands-on workshop where you leave with a practical AI skill you can put to work the same week.

Participants must bring a computer and should have a paid subscription to an LLM.

Most people start over with AI every single time. You re-explain the background, re-explain the format, and then do it all again next week.

A skill fixes that. It’s a set of instructions you write once and hand to the AI whenever you need that job done. The way you want a customer email to sound. Your quote format. You teach it once and it sticks.We’ll build one together in the room, start to finish. Bring a task you do over and over and you’ll leave with something that works on it.
