My areas of expertise include leadership development, organizational design and translating entrepreneurial vision into practical operating and people systems that support execution.I’m well-suited to discuss workforce development, hiring across diverse disciplines (from skilled trades and technical roles to executive leadership), and building healthy, high-performing cultures in complex, cross-functional settings. More broadly, I enjoy advising on leadership decision-making, managing growth constraints, and helping founders and innovators build durable teams and systems that can scale alongside their ideas.

Every week, experienced members of our Builder-in-Residence network are on-site and available to meet with you — no appointment needed, just stop by.

• Mentor Monday | Mondays, 10am–12pm Sit down with someone who has built a company or organization from the ground up. Bring your big questions, your stuck points, or just the thing that’s been keeping you up at night. Mentors are generalists who have been in your shoes.
• Expert Thursday | Thursdays, 10am–12pm Need answers in a specific area? Our experts bring deep knowledge in fields like HR, legal, accounting, marketing, finance, and more. Come with a focused question and leave with real guidance.

Both sessions are free, in-person at WIEC, and open to anyone building a business, nonprofit, or new idea in Northwest Montana.
