Christine Seager brings over twenty years of healthcare experience to her coaching practice. She began her career as an emergency room nurse before transitioning into healthcare revenue cycle management, where she advanced into supervisory and management roles. That foundation in both clinical care and organizational leadership led her to professional coaching. Christine trained at the Academy for Coaching Excellence in Sacramento, California, and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is the founder of Christine Seager Coaching, where she works with high-achieving women ready to close the gap between where they are and where they know they’re capable of going. Her methodology — the Study of One — is grounded in neuroscience and structured as a personal experiment: hypothesize, test, evaluate, adjust. Christine also serves as a life coach for staff at Logan Health and lives in the Flathead Valley with her husband Scott and step-daughter Tara.
